 I am taking part in a spinathon, for those that don't know what that is, its a stationary excesise bike. 

There are 26 of us in all and we are raising money for the Ellenor Hospice, which is a local charity for the young to the  elderly.  You may think thats easy but you try a spin class for four hours, so i've invested in a pair of padded cycling shorts to see me through it.

We should cover approximalty 80 miles and burn 4'000 Cal's, this is all happening on Saturday 31st October and any donations would be greatly accepted.
