Shane & Lois will be taking part in Born Survivor on 5th April 2014, along with other members of the Autism Aware Team, at Lowther Castle in the Lake District.

 Born Survivor is a physical endurance challenge designed by Elite British Royal Marines Commandos. It is a 10k obstacle course adventure based on military fitness training operations from around the globe.
