<p>Most people reading this who know me well, would probably be thinking - 'This can't be right! Shane, walking 100Kms from London to Brighton for charity?' - Ohh yes, it's true! </p>
<p>Usually being the one to contribute too rather than participate in caharities, finds me more than a little out of my comfort zone. Which should be more than enough reason for you to contribute to my immenent pain and distress. But more so, that it will be for a good cause and a wonderful charity - Scope - who provide support and services for disabled people that can change lives.</p>
<p>To my family and friends around the world (especially Australia) - instead of sending birthday and christmas presents or cards, please just dig deep, donate to this cause and save the stamps!</p>
