Hi Thank-you for taking the time to look over my page. In August this year me and 14 other volunteers will be going to India with the charity Habitat for Humanity. We will be building homes for people currently living in the slums of Bangalore, think slum dog millionaire.We'll be building alongside the Women's India Build, a unique part of HFH India. Women in the slums are collectively gathering their money so one by one, they can put the down payment on a Habitat home, and lift their families out of poverty housing. A home offers safety, hygiene, warmth and a chance to improve education and employment opportunities, as well as somewhere you can really live life as a family. As a team, we're really looking forward to working with the families in India on their new homes - but we need your help to get there!

Our team fundraising target is £30,000, and it's going to take a lot of hard work and faith to get us to India - and probably even more once we're there - but your donations are taking us a step in the right direction and we really appreciate all of them! Every little helps!
