On 1st October this year I want to push myself to the max and will be putting everything I've got into completing Quest Killarney (an adventure Triathalon that brings it's competitors over the Gap of Dunloe, Molls Gap and up Torc waterfall by bike, foot or kayak) 

It's mega tough stuff!!!!.......but it's EASY when compared to the daily challenges faced by young girls in East Africa.
