I am raising money for Cancer Research UK. At present one in three of us will get cancer, and every day we are losing friends and loved ones to this disease. BUT.....every day Cancer Research UK works to develop treatments and find a cure for cancer. Having never competed in a boxing fight before, I am taking on this challenge in memory of my Nanna, Auntie and three Uncles who died because of cancer, my Auntie and two of my best friends who have survived cancer, and my Mum and Stepfather who both currently have cancer. They all fought and are still fighting against cancer, so I am too!
