As most of you probably know I'm not much of a fitness fanatic, however I have decided to push my boundaries and take part in the Baker Hughes 10K to raise money for the Brain Tumour Charity alongside some of my colleages at ASCO.  This is a hugh challenge for me as I'm not much of a runner preferring a brisk walk as my form of exercise but have decided to push myself to do something good for a great cause.
