This is a big challenge for me. the highest thing I normally walk up is a mole hill in my garden!</p> <p>I am doing this to raise awareness and money for the PKD Charity.</p> <p>PKD remains the silent disease, despite being twice as common as multiple sclerosis and affecting more people than cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, haemophilia, Down syndrome and sickle anaemia combined. It effects everyone around the world and it would be great to raise awareness of this condition.</p> <p>My husdand has this condition and is now on dialysis after having both kidneys removed.
