We match the very best of the school’s traditions and core values with a forward thinking and innovative approach. We are constantly developing and evolving our curriculum and facilities. We constantly strive to further build on our reputation as one of the best selective grammar schools nationally.

Story

In a moment of sheer brilliance (or madness, you decide!), the Music Department at Wycombe High School (WHS) decided to present the staff of WHS with a challenge; to learn a new musical instrument and pass a Grade One exam in six months. This is to raise £1.5 million for a a new Music Centre for school and wider community use (we hope to build next year). 60 members of the school staff have embraced the challenge. I am doing Grade One Piano at Easter and Grade 1 Violin in July - quite an undertaking for someone with little or no musical ability! I would be very grateful for any donation you feel able to give. It will help us realise our dream and benefit current and future generations of young students. As Headteacher of Wycombe High School I am immensely proud to be part of this great initiative.
