Well Ive done it again and I said I never would. I completed the London Marathon for a second time and it feels just as much of an acheivement as the first time. I even managed to do it faster than last year.

In 2009 I ran the London Marathon for the first time and on my way helped to raise £1000.00 for The Dogs Trust. Never again I said but here I am on my way again , training hard and hoping once again to raise money for The Dogs Trust a charity which means much to me.
During the year I have taken part in several events to raise money and even found myself dressed as a doggy with a collection tin and alot of balloons for the kids. I also sponsor a dog called Sharon who unfortunately cannot be rehomed.
The Dogs Trust is the UK's leading dog welfare charity and are working towards the day when all dogs can enjoy a happy life, free from the threat of unnecessary destruction. Throught their network of 17 rehoming centres they try to find loving homes for thousands of unwanted dogs, whilst practical campaigns such as microchipping and education programmes aim to deal with the root cause of the problem The aim of the Dogs Trust is to give stray and abondoned dogs a second chance at a brighter future with responsible, caring new owners. With your help they aim to care for over 16,000 dogs every year
