On 27th July, myself and 129 of my colleagues at HSBC will be completing the Yorkshire Tough Mudder. This is an 8-10 mile course containing 25 very muddy and painful obstacles!

Anyone who knows me well will know I can barely run a mile and can't even do a pull up, so this is a HUGE challenge for me.
