This Saturday,May 10th I am getting on my bike and riding from Cardiff to Tenby and back home again as part of the Carten event.

We are raising funds for Marie Curie, so get your generous heads on and sponsor me. If all goes to plan by the time I get home I will have ridden 190 miles and by the look of the forecast will have been soaked several times.
