Story

Welcome to my fundraising page.

Having lost both of my parents to cancer, Macmillan are a charity close to my heart. I learnt first hand the great work they do. The support we were given by all their staff was amazing, making the really difficult times easier.

So in memory of my parents, on Saturday 12th May, I will be walking/jogging 100km non-stop as part of the London to Brighton Challenge for Macmillan Cancer Support. It will be a tough one, though hoping to complete this challenge within 20 hours. Already have a few bruised toenails from the training, but it will all be worth it when I reach the finish line.

It is vital that Macmillan continue to receive our continued support, as donations make up 96% of Macmillan's income.

Donating is easy via this page or by sending a text to 70070, followed by the code: QQSS83 and the amount you'd like to donate.

Thankyou in advance for your donation,                                       Shazia                                                                                                  xx
