On Wed 18th Nov, I shall be taking the challenge of a Firewalk in aid of St Luke's Hospice Harrow & Brent.  I shall be walking over 20 feet of hot coals. 

The charity needs over £3m this year.  As little as £30 will help one cope with bereavement through a support session; £40 could pay for a complementary therapy session to relieve symptoms of pain, breathlessness, nausea and anxiety; £50 can buy a TENs machine to relieve a patient's pain; £140 will pay for drugs for a day; and £5000 will pay for drugs for 35 days.
