<p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoPlainText">Hi Guys ,</p> <p class="MsoPlainText">On&nbsp; Sunday 20th May I will be taking part&nbsp; ( walking fast actually as my little legs cant run so well ) in the Bupa 10k run to raise funds for the charity who I'm the fundraiser for The Nicky Alliance Day Centre which is part of Manchester Jewish Community Care. A charity which is very close to my heart and who I've worked for these last 8 years.&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoPlainText">As you know The Nicky as its affectionately known looks after older people who are either&nbsp; visually impaired, disabled, lonely or suffering from a dementia related illness. A home from home enviroment which is so vital to the well being of its members. The&nbsp; Centre needs much more support now&nbsp; than its ever done , the ever increasing cost on our services and the lack of support as before due to the financial crisis at this present time.</p> <p class="MsoPlainText">We need to raise &pound;600,000 a year to keep our&nbsp; Nicky going, please donate something&nbsp; and help me to achieve my target for this run.
