Hello all, I am a member of the Community Involvement committee at my workplace (Dell Computers), and we have recently chosen CHAS as Dell's chosen charity for the year for which we will run fundraising events and projects to raise as much as we can for the children.
CHAS (Children's Hospice Association Scotland) is the only charity in Scotland that provides vital hospice services for children and young people with life-shortening conditions for which there is no known cure.
I have decided to organise fundraising events in Dell for CHAS throughout the year, and this is my first event - a fundraising Bungee jump which I am going to do on Saturday 30th of June at Pitlochry, Scotland.
I am running this project as I believe that this charity is doing a terrific job in delivering the very best quality palliative care and support to children, young people and their families with professional support to the bereaved families at their most difficult times during the stay at the hospice and at home. CHAS services are free to families who need them and are funded mainly through the generousity of the many supporters who help them raise money.
I've made this commitment and need your help to meet my goal of raising at least £200 by the end of June.
I can't do it without you!
Many thanks in advance!
Shiran Cunningham
