Mum was able to maintain as normal life as possible at home with friends and family for much of her illness.

In the latter stages of mum's illness it was increasingly difficult to provide the care and support she needed at home 24 x 7.

Hospice care at Meadow House in Ealing was therefore sought but due to demand it was not possible to get mum into the most appropriate surroundings and she passed away in hospital.

Meadow House Hospice have plans for an extension to add an additional 14 beds but need funds to do this.

We would therefore appreciate donations from  Mum's family, friends and colleagues to help Meadow House Hospice achieve their goal. This will be of great benefit to families and patients in the future.
