Standard Chartered's 2021 Home Run · 1 June 2021 to 16 July 2021 ·

Everyone deserves a fair chance at success. That’s why Standard Chartered Foundation supports underserved young people. We help tackle inequality by empowering young people, especially women and people with disabilities, to secure decent work, create jobs and contribute to their communities.

Story

Thank you for visiting my Home Run fundraising page, from June 1 to July 16, I'm taking on a challenge to run a min. of 100km or more to support “Futuremakers by Standard Chartered“ fund raising event. While keeping health in an optimal level through continue exercising  during the pandemic period, I'm glad that at the same time I could help with the less fortunate people.

For those who has supported in 2020, through Futuremakers programmes, your contribution helped small business in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and many others to kept their business running during COVID-19 lockdown, in turn, the employees kept their jobs and were able to feed their families during tough times.

This year, the Standard Chartered Foundation continues to focus on tackling inequality which promotes greater economic inclusion for disadvantaged young people from low-income households, particularly girls, women and people with visual impairments, providing opportunities to make a better future for themselves and their families in the areas of education, employability, entrepreneurship and eye health.

Your generous donation no matter small or big will help smash my target goal and make a huge difference for those in need.
