IMed are raising money for the "East Africa Emergency Appeal". The people of Somalia, South Sudan, Nigeria and Yemen are suffering from one of the worst droughts in recent times. Food prices are rising, famine is occurring and violence is constantly at hand.

I will be trekking Cadair Idris in Wales to raise money for As-suffa charity. The money we raise will help support this charity to help end hunger and thirst to the 20 million people affected in these countries. Donations will be used to help send food parcels, make boreholes and set up mobile clinics to those affected by the crisis.
