As some of you may already know, I'm thrilled to say that later this year I will be heading out to Northern Thailand to help Sarnelli House Orphanage in its quest

to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS, whilst bettering the lives of the children living there by building new facilities.

Each volunteer has been asked to raise £1,000 which will be used to buy materials to help with this project.

Tasks will include:

• Building and enlarging sports courts for the children  
• Landscape gardening
• General maintenance work
• Health out-reach work within the local community

To help me reach my target I plan to complete a 40 hour fast in early September.
