This year I thought I would have donations to the Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group for my birthday instead of cards or presents.  I have left it a bit late to tell people though so if you have already got me something then thank you very much it will be gratefully received. 

If you haven't got anything already then a donation to the charity would be welcome.  Even just a couple of pounds in place of buying a card would be great as it all adds up.
