Vertical Rush · 25 February 2010

We exist to defend the right to a safe home and fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people and society. We believe that home is everything.

Story

Dear All,

This is our fundraising page for our Vertical Rush team "Vertically Challenged".

Five of us have been tricked and coerced into donning our trainers and will be "rushing" (some of us faster than others we suspect) up 42 flights of stairs (920 steps in total) in the City of London's tallest tower block, aptly named Tower42 on 25 February 2010 in aide of Shoosmiths' charity of the year, Shelter.

We have pledged to raise at least £750 for Shelter and it would be great if you could help us meet this target.  We appreciate that people aren't feeling flush at the moment so any cash you can spare for this great charity would be very greatly appreciated!

Many thanks
