I'm back running the Coventry Half Marathon again with #TeamMesmerEyez.

I work with young people on a daily basis with positive youth foundation. We recently started a new project working with refugee families who have just come to the uk. We had sessions for the women and little children also for the young lads. We did loads of multi sport games with them and honestly seeing the smiles on their faces by just playing sports really touched my heart. We take so much for granted and all these young lads had smiles on their faces by such a little thing.

So please help me keep these smiles on their faces.

All the hard work wil be done by me i will be running the 13.1 miles it will be tough challenge but im ready as always. This time I'm running for Penny Appeal to help provide nutritious food, essential hygiene items and medical aid to support refugees in their daily struggle for survival.
