On September 20th Sian and Bethan will be running the Great North Run to raise money for the Noah's Ark Appeal and Y Bwthyn cancer care unit in Bridgend.  Because we are taking part this year to celebrate Sian's 30th Birthday we will be dressed as ladybirds to add to the adventure!!

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. Monies donated through this page will be sent directly to the Noah's Ark Appeal but we will also be collecting money offline and donating to another worthy cause, Y Bwthyn cancer care unit in Bridgend.

We realise that this is a difficult time to ask for sponsorship and really do appreciate any donations, as much or as little as you like!
