With colleagues, I will be taking part in the Wales and West Housing Ride the Nation cycle ride 2017 from Newcastle Emlyn to Cardiff (104 miles).  It takes place 24-26 September and starts at Newcastle Emlyn in Pembrokeshire. We will ride to Swansea before the final leg East to the Wales and West Cardiff HQ.
