The time has come once again to do something ridiculous for money! I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 17th 2010 to raise money for British Lung Foundation Wales to help them continue with their excellent work with patients in Wales affected by lung disease. I may collapse halfway - but have been doing a fair bit of training so I hope not! Any sponsorship would be gratefully received, and would help as an incentive to get round the course in Cardiff with no mishaps! Thank you very much xx Sian
