Dear Friends & Family,
This year I have been inspired by my running partner, Amie Lucas, to undertake 3 half marathon challenges. I will be raising money for #teamirfon. I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me, as every donation will motivate me to be able to keep running when the going gets tough at about mile 11!!!
