Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This summer as part of my company's Summer of Love (your heart) campaign I'll be part of a small team who's aim it is to cycle the 1406km from Land's End to John O'Groats.

This will be done on an exercise bike that we have set up in the office and we're taking it in turns to put in a few km's each a day.

For those who know me well, I am not one for exercise so this is really a challenge for me.
