So those of you that know me well, know I'm not a runner. Not even a little bit. But following peer pressure from the rest of my team (as well as needing to start ticking items off my 30 before 30 list) I caved and agreed to dust off (read: buy some) running shoes. 10K may not seem a lot to many of you, but it's going to be a marathon for me!

The Helitech International show team have chosen London's Air Ambulance as their official charity and will be running to help them fundraise for a much needed second helicopter.

Any and all donations will be much appreciated so please give generously. And anyone who fancies it can come watch and laugh at the unfit, red faced one trying to keep up with the others
