Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy, Childline and Teenage Cancer Trust are wonderful causes that change the lives (or sometimes the end of the lives) of the people they help.
After three rides for these charities our group has raised nearly one million pounds and we also take things such as educational materials which we can give to local schools etc when we are cycling.
I will be paying for the expenses - flights accommodation etc. so all donations will go directly to the charities.
The photo is of me on the last ride after some 50 miles - much of it uphill - in about 90 degrees of heat!
Any donation no matter how small will be greatly appreciated.
