Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone.

Story

Welcome to my Justgiving page and thank you for stopping by even if it's just out of pure curiosity!

This is the second event I am dedicating to the memory of my late grandfather who has passed away after battling various illnesses, with one of them being terminal. The nurses who looked after him worked towards the same goals and represented
the same values as Marie Curie nurses.

Mount Kenya is the second highest mountain in Africa, after Kilimanjaro with it's highest peak standing at 5199 m. There are different routes taking 3-7 days and with temperatures set to reach under - 10 degrees this will most like be a challenge.

Donating through Justgiving is simple, fast and totally secure as they will never share your details or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, your money will be sent directly to the charity so this is the most efficient way to donate - saving
time and cutting down the costs for the charity.

Thank you for looking!
