Hello!
I'm cycling the Welsh on-road Coast to Coast solo and for charity in early March (date TBC) and it would be great if you could please give generously to the Kidney Wales Foundation.
The route will consist of around 215 miles and 13,500 feet of climbing, which I'm hoping to complete within 14 hours - that's an average of 15.4 mph! Let's just hope there isn't a headwind!
