<p>Hello!<br />I'm cycling the Welsh on-road Coast to Coast solo and for charity in early March (date TBC) and it would be great if you could please give generously to the Kidney Wales Foundation.<br /><br />The route will consist of around 215 miles and 13,500 feet of climbing, which I'm hoping to complete within 14 hours - that's an average of 15.4 mph!
