This year I am running the 2010 London Marathon in aid of BREAK. BREAK is a Norfolk based charity whose aims are to provide homes for vulnerable children and young adults, supported holidays and respite care, mental health services for women, day support for adults with learning disabilities and mentoring schemes for young people.
It's the 25th February and so there are just 2 months to go now before the race day.
My target is £2000 and so if I send this to 200 people, that's just £10 each. Now I know that some of you may have already sponsored someone else but please think about sponsoring me as well. Make it £20 and maybe I'll beat my target. Make it £25 and I won’t ask you again as my last marathon is always my last marathon.
Nowadays more than ever, I fully appreciate that there are continual demands on your support but please do consider this very worthwhile cause. They make such a difference to many people and although being more of a local charity, and even if you have never been here before, I hope you will still see them as being a worthwhile cause to support.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate.
So please dig deep and donate now.
It's easy to donate online with a credit or debit card - just go to my JustGiving page:

JustGiving sends your donation straight to BREAK and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you're a UK taxpayer, so your donation is worth even more. I hope you'll join me in supporting BREAK.
THANK YOU
Simon
