For reasons passing all understanding I am spending three days in November running 82 miles along the Ridgeway.  I will be using this as an opportunity to raise money for Arthritis Research UK.  I’ve chosen an arthritis charity as this condition has affected people who are close to me.  I’d be grateful for any donations.
