The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I'm running the Cheltenham Half Marathon on 30 September 2018 to raise funds for The Prince's Trust.

I have never run a half marathon before.  I'm daunted but excited in equal measures.  Those of you who know me well will recall my limited sporting prowess and so this is also about finding out something new about me.  I've loved the training to date and run in cities, the countryside and by the sea - its been a great way to see parts of the world from a different perspective.  I can understand why Forrest Gump would have just kept on running!

I am three weeks out now as I launch this page and am running as part of Superdry's Million Makers team.  They are a fantastic group of young, energised colleagues (youth excluded on my part!) who are hugely passionate about their challenge to raise money for The Prince's Trust during the remainder of this year.

Every single £ you can give is valuable.  I will appreciate every single donation no matter what size.  Please do give - it means a lot to me and it means a lot to many young people who need better starts to their lives.

Ever the lawyer the t&c's follow!
