Just a minute of your time to let you know that I will embarking on a 55K charity bike ride in October for the Child's i Foundation, a fantastic charity run by my friend Lucy Buck. I have never done a bike ride this long before so I imagine my little legs will find it gruelling but it will be totally worth it.

All I need from your lovely people is a small donation to reach my target of £200.00 (lets see if I can raise more though!) The money will go towards building a temporary home for abandon babies in Uganda aswell as setting up a prevention and re-fostering strategy.
