A big thank you to everyone who so kindly sponsored me. The run went relatively well, though my plan to sprint past Olympic silver medallist Iwan Thomas in the final straight didn't quite happen! There were only 10 minutes between us...

Having spoken to the Wessex Autistic Society, they are genuinely touched that so much money has been raised for a small regional charity. The Carrington Club team has raised thousands for a very deserving cause.

As for me, that's enough running for a bit, my feet are a state!
