Trinity Palliative Care Services and Brian House Children's Hospice - Trinity's Santa Dash · 4 December 2011 ·

Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children's Hospice provide specialist palliative care to adults and children across the Fylde Coast and much needed support for their families. Our services are available free of charge, but with limited government funding we need to raise £14 million every year.
