For those of you who know me, over the past little while I have begun to prioritise my health and wellbeing and as part of this journey, I have volunteered to take part in a charity walk.

Davies have organised a trek around the Peak District in support of Cancer Research UK.  Upon research of the walk, I can already tell this will be a challenge for me!  The route covers 15km from Castleton, over Mam Tor and Lose Hill, and is likely to take approx. 4 hours – with a little wiggle room!
