<p>Hello and thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.<br /><br />I am running the Mayor's 10km in Enfield on Sunday 11th September to raise funds for the Nightingale Trust. &nbsp;The Nightingale is a local resource providing support to people affected by cancer. Throughout Hannah's illness I became aware of how important the palliative care aspect of living with cancer is - from a range of practical services, alternative therapies and counselling services - without that the day to day would have been unthinkable.<br /><br />The fact is that there will be tens of thousands trying to live with cancer for many years to come and the palliative care is and will remain vital. As a widowed single parent The Nightingale continue to provide support to the family and I'd like you to help me acknowledge how import that was to Hannah and I and continues to be for George, Stanley and I.<br /><br />Ok, practicalities:<br /><br />Firstly, donating through JustGiving is easy, fast and totally secure.
