<p>Hello folks!</p>
<p>YES he may be crazy, YES he might be trying to kill himself, YES his bucket list has lead to him needing to break a ridiculous world record - but at least this time this madness is going towards something meaningful ...</p>
<p>Because people ... this May this Northern Irish man; better known as Simon Lamont has decided to go it alone and attempt the entire length of the Belfast Marathon......in his favorite item of clothing - A SUIT. For over 26 miles he will be running in a full 3 piece suit, complete with trademark red tie and golf cufflinks. As if running the marathon for the first time ever wasnt hard enough, this loony toon will be trying to set a NEW GUINNESS WORLD RECORD for this feat as the fastest man ever to complete the marathon in a suit!</p>
<p>Why is he doing this I hear you ask ... for an amazing charity called the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children. Every week in our wee Northern Ireland alone, another three children are told the devastating news that they have cancer. This has such a shattering impact on family life and can quite litterally alter it forever. By providing financial, emotional and practical support, NICFC steps in to help these families cope and give the vital assistance they need. Importantly as a local charity every penny stays here in Northern Ireland helping local children. </p>
<p>Lets hope he can do it and importantly he makes it across the finish line, even if he looks like the people in the video on the page!!! So please dig deep and donate now. Oh ... and wish him luck!! (he is going to need it)</p>
