On 24th September and for the second year running, I am part of a  team from Michael Page which is looking to conquer the Yorkshire Three Peaks, an arduous 25 mile hike that takes in 5000 feet of climbing, all in under 12 hours. This year we are supporting our new charity partner, Macmillan Cancer Support.

Over the next three weeks (as well as fitting in some training after the summer holidays), I also need to hit my fundraising target. Last year you all helped me raise over £1000 for the children at Great Ormond Street out of £45000 raised by 106 walkers. This year we have 93 walkers and we hope to raise at least that for Macmillan Cancer Support who, as many of you know, provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.

 

I know that this is the second year in a row that I have asked for a donation and that you receive many of these requests but all contributions, however big or small will be gratefully received.
