Magpas Air Ambulance provide the best pre-hospital emergency care, by air and land 24/7, including treatments normally only available in hospital. By providing advanced care to patients across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and the East of England, our charity saves lives and limits disability.

Story

I work for a video production company in Cambridge called VirtualStudio.TV and I am running the Cambridge Half Marathon in March to support the great work of our charity partner, Magpas.

They provide lifesaving care for people requiring urgent medical assistance across the east of England by road and air ambulance.

It costs around £1,800,000 per year for Magpas to provide all of their incredible lifesaving treatment. Every pound that you do donate will enable them to keep their Helimedix teams flying and driving to people in real need of medical help.

I would really appreciate any donations towards this great cause and will continue to train hard enough so that I don't have to call on their charitable resources to get me through the big day!
