I'm a cyclist riding in memory of a great Bike Rider Martyn Donnelly who above all was simply a top bloke.

A regular cyclist who's riding Manchester to Blackpool "And what else" is the feedback I've had and yep you are right. So I've decided to mix it up a bit and make the week before super tough - there'll be tears, there'll be pain and above all I will asking myself "why". But I know that Donnelly would have done it and he wouldn't have moaned so it'll need to be a "suck it up, take the man up tablet and get on with it" week.

The week will consist of 150 miles the weekend before, a ride of Alpe d'Huez on Zwift (4th July - there'll be fireworks & this will resonate with a small group of people that new Martyn). I will then ride another 100 miles on the 7th July. So that's 300+ miles on the bike. For the bikers out there they will recognise that I'm putting a shift in.
