It will be two years since I did my last sponsored 100 mile ride for Prostate Cancer UK. With my mother dying this year with Alzheimers it seemed right to plan another ride in her memory. So I am going to ride a tough and hillier 100 mile ride form Birmingham next September. I hope you don't consider two years too soon to ask you to sponsor again. One thing I learnt from last time was that every contribution, no matter how small, really helps with the momentum.
