I will be riding the Mille Cymru event in Wales over the 23rd-26th of July.  This is over 1000km (625 miles) of very tough terrain, with a 75h time limit.

If you donate the money raised will go to the Motor Neurone Disease Association who fund research into this disease which is currently incurable and leaves sufferers paralysed.  Thousands of people in the UK are living with this disease, and nearly all die within 5 years.  Any donations would be very much appreciated.
