Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Today was the day and i am pleased to say i completed it in 2 hours and 20mins which is around what i was aiming for so i am really pleased. For those of you who know me, you will know why I have decided to run the Stafford Half Marathon in order to raise money for Katherine House as it is very close to mine and my families hearts. My Mum(in Law) is currently experiencing the good care and support from the staff here, and I want to give something back.
Katharine House Hospice provides a range of services offering help, care and support for people with advanced life-limiting conditions across mid-Staffordshire. These conditions include Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, End Stage Renal failure and Cancer. All services are free of charge.
The hospice relies heavily on donations for the £1.9 million needed to run the hospice each year.
