This is a bit cheeky as I run races all the time.  You have to admit though that I rarely raise money for charity.  This time I agreed to take a place for Traidcraft, which is a great development charity so right up my street.  

I have never run the Great South Run so am looking forward to it.  The race is on 25 October.

Small donations would be more than fine.  If you need an additional incentive, how about if I complete it in under 56 minutes?  That would be a pb.  I managed 56:28 at Ryde last year so am getting close.  No obligation if I miss!
