On the 16th September 09 we are leaving these shores sur nos velos and heading for Paris!

We are aiming to ride from London to Paris in just 2.5 days, covering over 400kms and climbing almost 3000 metres along the way.

This trip will not be about le pain, du vin and there will certainly be no boursin!!!!

We are riding for Caravan our charity for people like us! Please can we ask you to donate however big or small - it's all greatly appreciated. We want to raise as much as possible and as an added incentive Doug has threatened to wear Lycra around the office for a week if we raise enough!
