Sept 09  : Started training early this time as I hope to run under 4:30 !

Sept 09 : Ran the race distance during Sept only took the whole month !

Dec 09 : Swine Flu during Nov & Dec has put pay to much training so well behind now

Jan 10 : New Year and no alcohol unit finished the race ( can I make it ? )

Jan 10 : Poor weather has meant all training on the tread mill in the garage very boring ! ( Thank god for films via the laptop )

Jan 10 : Trying a Martial Arts fitness class to make body more supple for running - So far it's only pain

Jan 10 : Upto 5 miles now... ( So long to go, why under 4h 30m ? )

Feb 10 : Arse...  Treadmill now seems to have broken, too cold & dark to run on the road

Feb 10 : Treadmill mended and tested with a 90 min session ( 8.1 miles ) That's after a day at the rugby on the Guinness !
